With its natural overlap with UI, I’m drawn to structure; site architecture, and reusable patterns.

Accessibility

My main project at Dept® is working on the HSE design system. What this project has taught me in terms of designing truly accessible user interfaces is hands down the most valuable quality to this experience.

Motion

I love the overlap between UI and motion. It’s becoming a key part of good UI design as improving tools continue to narrow that gap. See my explorations of 2D motion software, Cavalry.

Design Systems

Whether setting up from scratch or scaling larger systems, this is where I spend most of my time. I enjoy clever, flexible foundations that are fast and efficient to work with.

Development

Loads of hands-on experience building with low-code tools helps me design with implementation in mind.
